The NMIMS Department of International Linkages (DIL) fosters partnerships with premier institutions around the world to enhance NMIMS standing as a world-class institution.

Towards the University’s Vision to be a globally admired University by 2030, DIL has actively engaged with leading institutions around the world to foster student and faculty exchange, research collaboration and cross cultural learning. Active international partnerships lead to exciting opportunities for faculty and students and provide the environment for high quality research. Our work focuses on enhancing existing partnerships, and seeking out new opportunities in line with NMIMS international strategy.

These collaborations explore various opportunities as below: 

Dual Degree Programs: 

Students study a part of their Bachelor’s/ Master’s program at NMIMS and then go and complete part of the program at a partner University abroad. They have the opportunity to earn their Bachelors/ Master’s Degree from both NMIMS & International University.

Progression Agreements: 

These agreements give NMIMS students a preferred treatment over other applicants when applying to a Master’s program at our Partner Universities. These could include Early admission offers, Tuition waiver, GMAT/GRE Waiver, Streamlined admission process, personalised information sessions and more. 

Short Term Mobility

To provide a cross cultural exposure and a global perspective to the students, NMIMS University provides short term mobility Programmes with leading schools & organisations overseas. These include Research Internships. Industry Internships, Summer Schools,

Visiting students add to the diversity of Knowledge and Culture at the School, and enhance the effectiveness of its pedagogy. 

Faculty Exchange Programs:

Our highly qualified and expert faculty have the opportunity to travel abroad to our partner university for teaching assignments and for research. Similarly, International faculty visit NMIMS campus. Faculty members benefit from exposure to a culturally varied and diverse faculty make-up, with an opportunity to exchange ideas and observe a variety of styles. These programs present a unique opportunity for interaction between Foreign universities and Indian institutions. 

Research Collaborations / Colloquiums / Seminars and Conferences: 

Conferences and seminars are part of a research support system provided to faculty at NMIMS University and international scholars engaged in collaborative research or scholarly activity with NMIMS academics.The University organizes a number of research conferences and seminar with its International partners to disseminate research results, develop capacity and promote interactions among the researchers. The University, supported by the colleges has organized numerous national and international conferences and seminars in various fields of study.

University at Albany, State University of New York (UAlbany)

NMIMS has partnered with University at Albany, State University of New York (UAlbany) for a (2+2) Dual Degree Program for NMIMS - School of Commerce – BBA and BSC Finance program students.

Under this collaboration, students would study BBA / BSC Finance program for 2 years at NMIMS and then go to UAlbany - School of Business and study there for 2 more years.

On successful completion of the Dual Degree Program, students would be awarded the following degrees:

1. Bachelor of Business Administration – BBA / BSC Finance – By NMIMS, ASMSOC / SOC
2. Bachelor of Science, BS (Business Administration) – By UAlbany, School of Business

University of Bristol

NMIMS has collaborated with University of Bristol for the 3+1 Global Transfer Program.

Undergraduate NMIMS students after successfully completing their BBA program can apply to study at University of Bristol for their Masters studies.

NMIMS BBA Students can pursue various Masters programs at University of Bristol like – MSc Marketing, MSc Management, MSc Management (Entrepreneurship), MSc Management (International Business), MSc Management (Marketing), MSc Management (Operations and Project Management), MSc Economics (Finance and Management), MSc Global Operations and Supply Chain Management, MSc Accounting (Finance and Management)

Clark University

NMIMS has collaborated with Clark University for a progression agreement.

Undergraduate NMIMS students after successfully completing their respective Bachelors programs can apply to study at Clark University for their Masters studies.

NMIMS students can pursue various Masters programs at Clark University’s - Graduate School of Management (GSOM), School of Professional Studies (SPS) and International Development, Community and Environment (IDCE) like – Masters in Accounting, MBA, MBA / Masters in Finance, Masters in Management, Masters in Information Technology, Masters in Professional Communication, Masters of Public Administration, Masters in Community Development and Planning, Masters in Environmental Science and Policy, and many more.

Stony Brook University, State University of New York

NMIMS has collaborated with Stony Brook University for a progression agreement

Undergraduate NMIMS students after successfully completing their respective Bachelors programs can apply to study at Stony Brook University for their Masters studies.

University of California, Riverside

NMIMS has collaborated with University of California, Riverside for a progression agreement

Undergraduate students from NMIMS Anil Surendra Modi School of Commerce (ASMSOC) after successfully completing their respective Bachelors programs can apply to study at University of California, Riverside for their Masters studies.

Students can pursue various Masters programs at University of California Riverside’s A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management like – Master of Professional Accountancy, Master of Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

University of Dallas

NMIMS has collaborated with University of Dallas for a Graduate Program Articulation Agreement.

Undergraduate students from NMIMS Anil Surendra Modi School of Commerce (ASMSOC) after successfully completing their respective Bachelors programs can apply to study at University of Dallas for their Masters studies.

The University of Leeds

NMIMS has collaborated with The University of Leeds for an Entry Agreement for progression of NMIMS undergraduate students from School of Commerce into Leeds University Business School.
