Dr Shilpa Sankpal joined NMIMS in July 2019 as a visiting faculty and then on full time basis in September 2019.

She has more than twelve years of teaching experience, and her specialization are Marketing and General Management subjects.

Several of her case studies are registered at Case Centre UK.

Her case study on Harley Davidson’s exit from India was adjudged as First Runners Up in Global Case Competition held in December 2020 in PIM, Gwalior.

Her paper "Neuroticism in Selfie Takers: An Empirical Investigation” was Awarded "Best Paper Award” in the international conference held in 2018 at AIBAS, Jaipur.
