Dr. Ashish Kumar Biswas is working as Assistant Professor in the area of Marketing at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Dr. Biswas carries 13+ years of rich work experience, of which first eleven years were with Naukri.com & Rediff.com, where he worked in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Concept selling, Team building & People Management.

He is certified behavior and mentoring analyst and during his academic stint at another B-school, he actively participated in student mentoring process and conducted workshops for students on topics like career counseling & personal branding.

Research and Publications:-

• Dr. Biswas has published research papers in books and journals and has presented papers in national and international conferences.

• Sales & Distribution, Services Marketing, Recruitment, and Employer Branding
