• Attended ima24, IMA’s Americas Accounting & Finance Conference at San Antonio, USA from 8th June, 2024 to 12^th June’ 2024 covering topics like AI, ESG, Fraud detection etc.
• Participated in One Day Intra-Institutional Research Conclave 2023-24 on “Inter-disciplinary Colloquium to Bloom and Blossom into the Sphere of Research”
• Conducted an Industry/ Academia collaboration program “Get Set Corporate” for bridging the gap between Industry & academics. This program ranged from written test, mock interviews by industry experts to interaction with Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of leading corporate.
• Convenor, A One Day conference titled, ‘Artificial Intelligence and Futuristic Finance - An academia-corporate conclave’, with 11 speakers from companies like Wipro Limited, Deloitte, Asquared IOT Pvt. Ltd., Concentrix, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., HDFC Bank and NSDL.
• Convenor, Edu-Corp Summit 2022, A Six Day International Virtual Corporate Skills Train-a-Thon, with 21 speakers from organizations such as TCS, Microsoft India, HP, Unilever, Tata Steel, Capgemini, KPMG, Mahindra & Mahindra, Adani Electricity, Rediff.com, UCB India, SKF Bearings and TEDx.
• Initiated a series of interviews & guest sessions under the tag line of Let’s Talk Business, organized sessions from corporate professionals on Business-Uncover the secrets of the corporate world, Unleash Your Inner Millionaire & Don't let your money snooze, Smart Money Symposium, Current status of Indian Economy & Expectations from Union Budget 2024.
• Star Expert on Corporate guidance for ‘Local Bandhan’, India’s first OTT platform in Marathi, judged various events like MSME Stars, Start Up Stars etc.
• Conducted guest/guidance lectures for various associations/institutions like BSE, SEBI, Indian Navy etc. on financial planning, financial literacy etc.

Academic activities:

• Worked on organizing Faculty Development Program on Industry Oriented Teaching for faculties and Corporate HR meet for M L Dahanukar College of Commerce.
• Part of esteemed panel at Wilson College for Imperial-2024, for discussing future road map for students in the field of finance.
• Conducted a guest lecture at Kirit Mehta School of Law (NMIMS) on ‘Strategic Cost Management for Industry Excellence: A Costing Masterclass’ in Jan 2024.
• Conducted a guest lecture at Kirit Mehta School of Law (NMIMS) on ‘Strategic Project Management and Strategic Plan Formulation’ in Jan 2024.
• Acted as Mentor (Finance) for Wings to Vision-Business plan competition organized by Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association’s Management Institute in the year 2017-18, 2018-19,2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 (part of Best Mentoring awardee team), 2023-24 with at least 2 winners every year converted into actual start ups.
• Active member of IQAC at M. L. Dahaunkar College from 2015 to 2024.
• Part of Placement Cell at Dahanukar College since 2015, conducted guidance lectures on Interview & Corporate skills.
• Represented Dahanukar college during NAAC peer team visit as Head of Criterion 7 in 2019 and part of BBI faculty team in 2014.
• Entrepreneurial guide for students for financial feasibility & business decisions.
• Conducted mock interviews for Indian Economic Services & RBI officers for last two years.
• Conducted a series of guidance lectures on “Interview Skills & Corporate Sustainability” for Third Year students.
• Part of interview panel in the capacity of subject expert for Finance & Costing for recruiting new full time faculties.
• Acted as Project Guide & conducted Vivas for M.Com., TYBFM, TYBMS, TYBAF, TYBBI at various colleges.
• Conducted lectures on Practical Application of Cost & Management accounting in corporate world under Leadership Development Program (LDP) for BAF & BBI at M. L. Dahanukar college.
• Conducted guest lecture at NM college & Vidyalankar College for SY & TY BAF on “Practical application of Cost Accounting in Corporate world-Gap Analysis”.
