A team of four NMIMS students interning with Goldman Sachs secured 1st place at the Goldman Sachs Intern Ideation Challenge, competing against 40+ teams and 200+ participants from top universities across Goldman Sachs' offices in India.
The case competition centered on a real-world scenario, Europe's transition from a T+2 to a T+1 settlement cycle, that challenged teams to analyse the implications for the firm and propose solutions for the shift. The finalists were evaluated by a judging panel of distinguished Managing Directors and Vice Presidents at Goldman Sachs.
The ASMSOC students on the winning team were Advitt Dugar (B.Sc Finance), Dev Goyal (BBA), and Mannveer Kadian (B.Com Hons), and Ved Bajoria from SAMSOE.
